King Benjamin is wicked and Abinadi comes and testifies of Christ and tells them to repent. 
My favorite scripture in this is Mosiah 7:33, "But if ye will turn to the Lord will full purpose of heart, and put your trust in him, and serve him will all diligence of mind, if ye do this, he will, according to his own will and pleasure, deliver you out of bondage."
1. "Turn to the Lord with full purpose of heart,"
2. "Put your trust in him,"
3. "Serve him with all diligence of mind,"

I love this because it is holding us accountable but it is also promising us blessing that we can have if we live this way. 
Blessing: my Father in Heaven reminds me of blessings I enjoy everyday so that I am more thankful and grow closer to Him in all things.
