"Looking forward to that day, thus retaining a remission of their sins; being filled with great joy because of the resurrection of the dead, according to the will and power and deliverance of Jesus Christ from the bands of death." (Alma 4:14)
We need to be more grateful for the blessing of the Atonement in our lives and truly learn more about it and gain a better understanding of what it truly is and should mean to each of us. They joy and relief we would feel even greater if we understood the Atonement more today than we did yesterday. I think we would truly want to change for the better and lose a desire to sin.

I had the thought yesterday that I should expose myself to more uplifting music and things and be more aware of the people and things around me. After the Question and Answer session with Elder Jeffery R. Holland yesterday it gave me a boost of the desire I have to be a better person one that would be worthy to be used as an instrument in the hands of God. By learning and growing and being willing, worthy, and prepared (mentally, physically, and spiritually) we can become who God wants us to become.
Doing our best and striving for guidance, correction and counsel is so important right now to be corrected. Being selfless and reaching out to those that need a friend is so important. I think being aware of our surroundings and those who are around us is important because I truly believe that God blesses us and gives us more opportunities to be blessed than we even know and can comprehend. But if we aren't in tune with the spirit and the way it speaks to us then we will miss our on a lot of blessings that God wants to give us.
Blessing: I was able to go to the Face to Face with Elder Holland and get answers to prayer, and a renewal of strength from the spirit.
