Ammon and Middoni in Alma 20:4 go to deliver Ammon brothers out of prison. Ammon has faith that he can deliver them he says, "in the strength of the Lord thou canst do all things." (Phil 4:16) My favorite scripture!!!
2 Timothy 4:17
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf | LDS General Conference #ldsconf #lds #quotes:
Alma 20:29 talking about Ammons brothers in prison says, "they were patient in all their sufferings."
What good examples. I need to be more patient in my trials and tribulations and learn to rely on and take strength from the Lord more often. I often try to do things on my own.

-This is interesting to think about I think so often people complain to those around them about the trials they are going through and it's not the other person fault, usually, they can't help us either but if we strengthen our relationship with God then everything will be so much easier and we will be able to get through the trials and tribulations with much more strength and power and come out stronger.
Good things are ahead! LDS Quote: "The the course and see the beauty of life unfold for you." —Jeffrey R. Holland:
(Study the Atonement of Christ so that you have a better understanding of it; read Jesus the Christ)

Aaron and some of his brethren were cast into prison and the Lord helped them out. They then went  and were "let by the Spirit of the Lord, preaching the word of God in every synagogue of the Amalekites, or in every assembly of the Lamanites where they could be admitted." Alma 21:16
The Lord began to bless the people and "this brought many to the knowledge of the truth." (Alma 21:17) They were converted and had a change of heart.
 Alma 21:23

Diligence- constant effort to accomplish what is undertaken; exertion of body or mind without unnecessary delay.
heed- Notice; observation; regard; attention; often preceded by giving.
zealous- Warmly engaged or ardent in the pursuit of an object.

Blessing- I have been able to recognize that I need to look at life with a more positive outlook and notice blessings I have in my life more often.
