Alma and his people labored for the church, "walking (with God), in all diligence, teaching the word of God in all things, suffering all manner of afflictions, being persecuted by all those who did not belong to the church of God.
And they did admonish their brethren; and they were also admonished, every one by the word of God, according to his sins, or to the sins which he had committed, being commanded of God to pray without ceasing, and to give thanks in al things." (Alma 26:38-39)

That is an amazing scripture and has a lot of application in it that we should be following and doing in our own life as well.

"for he has prayed with much faith," (Mosiah 27:14)
How can we pray with more faith? What would be required of me to change the way I pray to have more faith?
I should probably ask for the Lords oppion and His guidance and counsel more then giving it to Him. I often find myself telling Him what I want to come out of my life instead of asking Him what I need to do in order to fullfill His will like Christ would.
As you draw nearer to the Lord, He will guide you to become the best version of yourself and to make inspired decisions in your life. –M Russell Ballard:   James B. Martino - October 2015 LDS General Conference #lds #ldsconf #quotes:

Blessing- I know where my strength comes from (Heaenly Father), I have a testimony of the scripture and of prayer and I have the strength to continue to do what I need to even when life gets hard.
