"the Lord would not always suffer them to take happiness in their sin." (Mormon 2:13)

- The Lord won't allow us to sin and be truly happy. We must find happiness among our trials and tribulations but not among sin and sinners. We have to change and become better every day. We must find ways to find joy and recognize the blessings we have been given in our life.

Ammon clearly understood the difference between the strength of the Lord and mortal man's weakness.  He testified:  'I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things' (Alma 26:12).

-I need to remember this more often, that what I have been given is not because of anything I have done or deserve. It's so that God can use me to continue His work. I must stay positive in order to ensure His trust and ensure that I have a job "...to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." (Moses 1:39)

Christ and our Father in Heaven want us to be happy and to return to lie with them again. In order to do this, we must go through hard times and do their will. It will not be easy but we are not alone on our journey. We have been given the spirit, relationships with both the Savior and our Heavenly Father, as well as relationships with those on earth that are here to inspire, strengthen and lift us when in need.

Blessing- I have had a lot of time to spend with the spirit and to be taught; if only I can remember it all. :)
