"Christ... the author and finisher of their faith." (Moroni 6:4)
- Christ did EVERYTHING already.

Bruce R. McConkie

"Christ is the Author of Salvation. This means that he made salvation available to all men in that he worked out the infinite and eternal atonement. Paul's statement that Christ is 'the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him' (Heb. 5:9), as the marginal reading shows, means that he is the 'cause' thereof; that is, salvation is possible because of his atoning sacrifice; without this sacrifice there would be no salvation." (Mormon Doctrine, p. 66)

(Moroni 7:3) "I would speak unto you that are of the church, that are the peaceable followers of Christ, and that have obtained a sufficient hope..."
-How do we obtain a sufficient hope?
What is sufficient?

(Moroni 7:9) "...if he shall pray... not with real intent of heart;...it profiteth him nothing,"
- We need to be more conscious of the things we are praying for and that we are praying so it doesn't become vain repetition.

Spencer J. Condie

"Elder Dallin H. Oaks instructed a group of missionaries in Porto, Portugal, regarding the importance of 'real intent,' adding that when we pray with real intent we are willing to accept the consequences of the answer we receive. That is to say, we are willing to assume the responsibility of that confirmation we receive by undergoing a mighty change of heart and, in most cases, undergoing a mighty behavioral and attitudinal change in our lives." (In Perfect Balance, p. 64)

"...know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night."
- That would be an amazing gift to know and do right always because we would know and always do it if we had a perfect knowledge.

-We are told that there is a definite right vs. wrong in the world and yet we can't just know it if we don't seek it in our lives and seek to do that which is right.

"...ye should seek diligently in the light of Christ that ye may know good from evil."  (Moroni 7:19)

- We must seek and do our part to have the light of Christ in our lives. With the light of Christ, we will be able to know good from evil and it will be easier to make decisions and to make the right decisions.

Blessing- I have been given an amazing body.
