I love this scripture in Alma 31:31; Alma is a missionary and he is praying to the Lord and says, "O Lord, my heart is exceedingly sorrowful; wilt thou comfort my soul in Christ. O Lord, wilt thou grant unto me that I may have strength, that I may suffer with patience these afflictions which shall come upon me, because of the iniquity of this people."
I wonder how often we suffer in this life or don't get blessings because of others around us?
I love that he is asking the Lord for strength to "suffer with patience these afflictions which shall come upon me." I need to do that more instead of just complaining. Asking for the strength to endure will make the trials be easier to go through and I'll probably learn more from them in the long run.

It is important to recognize the Lord in our lives and to ask for help and strength to get through our trials. The Lord know just what we need at this time and maybe by going through trials we strengthen relationships along the way not only with, hopefully, our Father in Heaven but those around us in our life.
Blessing- I am able to help Heavenly Fathers children and serve them while I'm working. I know that God will help me know what I can do to best serve my clients because He knows them perfectly.
