-We are asked to become like our Savior; in so doing we need to repent, be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost in our lives and accept His help. This is what truly converts us to the gospel of Jesus Christ and brings us closer to Him in all things.

-Because everyone was living the way they were asked they had a peace in the land and were able to feel "the love of God" (4 Nephi 1:15 in their lives. It also says about the people that "there could not be a happier people among all the people who had been created by the hand of God." (4 Nephi 1:16)

The First Presidency

"Happiness in family life is most likely to be achieved when founded upon the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. Successful marriages and families are established and maintained on principles of faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion, work, and wholesome recreational activities." ("The Family: A Proclamation to the World")

- The people seem to harden their hearts quickly. What would it take for me to harden my heart today? Is my testimony strong enough to withhold the storms and the hard things I'm asked to go through? What can I do better to be stronger and to improve and strengthen my own foundation?

Blessing- God gave talents to many people in order to help others, we are given talents to serve and bless others lives.
