3 Nephi 11 Christ appears to the Americas and teaches His people as well as is a testimony a pure and true testimony to them of His life, mission and obligations to God.
11:25 is the prayer before you baptize someone, then in 26 it says "then shall ye immerse them in the water, and come forth again out of the water."
I love that because the Book of Mormom makes it clear that you don't sprinkle water or anything else but fully immerse them in the water as Christ was baptized.
God has a plan for all things if we would but ask and willingly listen to and recieve an answer.
