It's amazing the Lords knowledge and the plan He has layed out. Realizing our natural man and that the sons of Lehi would have complained even more had they gotten wives the first time and the plates the second time he had them get the plates first. It's so much easier to have a desire to go get wives then plates with the scriptures on them especially when the task isn't easy. I feel like God does that with us. He lures us in and has us do the easier task first to get us comfortable then He gives us the harder ones that make us grow as a person and closer to Him.
