(1 Nephi 15:3) "spake many great things...which were hard to be understood, save a man should inquire of the Lord;" Life is hard and decisions are harder if we don't include our Father in Heaven in our life and especially our decision making.
It is important to repent and keep trying because no "unclean thing enter in the kingdom of God."
We must be like the Savior and it takes a lot of work but with a strong relationship with Him it will be possible to someday be like Christ. Living in the presence of God and my Savior Jesus Christ would be the best gift I could be given. But it is important to be worthy of it.
I am the way, the truth, and the light. No man cometh unto the Father, but by me.:
"the greatest of all the gifts of God" is the Word of God.
