My Revelation!

I n reading in Alma 57 today i found it interesting that it says," They did obey and observe to perform every word of command with exactness;" Wow how different would our lives be if we were exactly obedient? What kinds of blessings could we see in our own lives and in the lives of loved ones. That would take a lot of FAITH. I often feel like if I haven't see eveidence of something then it's not going to happen or it isn't there. I need to work on my own faith in Christ and in His plan for me. "Whosoever did not doubt,...and they do put their trust in God continually." What would that be like to never doubt. I doubt every single day, some days multiple times a day. I believe everything happens for a reason but sometimes it is hard to accept the reasons when we don't see them or understand them. But with our testimonies of our Savior and the Great Plan of Happiness we can get through our trials and hard times. ...

Moroni said that he "never had seen so great courage," That's amazing. I wish I had great courage like these young men did. They told him "behold our God is with us, and he will not suffer that we should fall;" Wow to have such amazing faith in God and belief that everything will be okay. I am not even in a real battle where I could get stabbed by the enemy but I still get scared to go out into the world. I love this vs in ch 56:47 "they had been taught by their mothers that if they did not doubt God would deliver them." I hope that someday I have the chance to be that kind of a mother and can teach my sons to have great faith in God. They said "We do not doubt our mothers knew it." That is a powerful statement of faith and courage. We need homes like this to raise our children of these coming generations in. How can we make sure our homes are homes of refuge? What do we need to improve on today? Is the spirit always present? Bl...
